CHILD LABOR AS A SOCIAL PROBLEM OF THE KYRGYZSTAN’S SOCIETY

The article is dedicated to the problem of social security provision of the Kyrgyz Republic. The author considers the mechanisms of social security provision and threats to social security of the Kyrgyzstan's society, families and its children in difficult life situation. The need to introduce new types of social support for families, such as social contract, is emphasized. The completed analysis based on statistical data allows to conclude that the Government of Kyrgyzstan has affirmed the standards aimed to decrease poverty rates and the quantity of families living behind the poverty line. And additionally indicated, in order to consolidate social security, the priorities of the social policy of the state have been identified
