Abstract
The present article analyzes the presentation of Arabic punctuation marks (APM) by modern Arabic linguistics. We, however, do not simply state unsatisfactory approaches of the Arabic philological science to APM, but offer our own system of punctuation marks classification for the Arabic literary language (ALL).
