Abstract
Getting the right people into the right job is essential for prosperity and peace. The job or role has to fit each person who all have differing abilities according to their mentality. Brains are not all the same. Identifying the type of person is part of ergonomics. Changing the person is difficult and disturbing. It is the job that has to be adjusted.
