Abstract
The use of computing experiment of modeling the single crystal growing of sapphire allows to decrease economic expenses considerably and to accelerate works on improving the technology of crystal growing. As the result of modeling the dependence of the never-exceed speed of crystal rotation is defined on its dimensions whereby the convex freeze line of crystallization remains in fusion that provides edging nipples from all surface of growing crystal.
