PRODUCT QUALITY OF RED BEET OF SUMMER TIME PLANTING IN NORTH STEPPE OF THE UKRAINE

Abstract
The efficient use of irrigated lands assumes to cultivate over again vegetable crops of summer time planting (it is red beet in our researches). The quality (biochemical composition) of planted vegetable production is of special interest. One of the important quality index of red beet is betanin (promoting detoxication of organism), vitamins and sugars. The goal of this work is to define the most effective method of application of the organic growth regulator for increasing the quality indices of a crop of red beet summer time planting as repeated cropper after earlygrown potato on the overhead irrigation. As a result of researches it is established that presowing seed treatment of red beet using ,5% water solution of a bioglobin followed by spraying crops to closing of crops) using 2,5% bioglobin solution that ncreases of the quality indices of production of red beet.
