SCHOOL MEDIATION ? WAY FROM CONFLICT TO AGREEMENT

In Kazakhstan, the term "Mediation" is a new phenomenon and therefore we want to interpret this concept in terms of the conflicts between children at school. The aim of the article is to reduce the level of violence and conflict issues among children at schools. The result of this investigation is the fact that the teenager, who has offended, can understand the causes of his behavior and its consequences, apologize, make up caused harm, rehabilitate into society and renew relations.
