Abstract
The article examines the issue of implementing the social guarantee for the disabled in the field of receiving professional education and employment. It identifies the features of teaching university students in terms of inclusion, of their deprivation manifestations in certain forms of social integration and self-identification. It studies the employment needs of the students with disabilities and HIA during the study period and upon the graduating. It considers job search strategies of the students with disabilities and HIA, their behavior on the labor market and in the educational professional environment. The article specifies the main difficulties and employment problems and professional implementation of graduates with disabilities and HIA. It gives characteristic of the services rendered to the students by the BSU Regional Center for Job Placement, carries out an analysis of causes of applying to this structural university subdivision by the students with disabilities and HIA. A study is made of the students expectations and aspirations in terms of receiving additional education and labor activity in view of the handicap of their health possibilities.
