Abstract

Corporate culture is an important component of achieving the end result - the success or failure of any business. Therefore, the corporate culture of a modern company must be flexible and respond to changes not only in the market environment, but, above all, habits, attitudes, stereotypes in the heads of people, which affect on the effectiveness of human capital. The purpose of the article is to reveal the impact of the company's corporate culture on the results of its activities in a competitive market environment, in which innovation has become a determining factor in the struggle for success, as well as to prove the need to constantly update the corporate culture, taking into account trends in the development of economic processes and society in general. It was revealed that the corporate culture can change: "from top to bottom" on the initiative of top management or under the influence of environmental factors, which is associated with the institutionalization of public life. The latter option is more natural and thus adequately reflects changes in the external environment of the company. The basic principles of the formation of a "healthy" corporate culture of small business were revealed and justified. The main features of emergence of problems with corporate culture were systematized. The connection between company's corporate culture and job place change by worker was revealed. It was revealed that the higher the level of adaptability of the corporate culture to the modern conditions of personal and professional life of employees, as well as the requirements of the competitive environment, the more stable and more functionally effective will be the work team, and each employee in particular, which will certainly affect the results of the company's activities. The need for continuous updating of corporate culture was proved, taking into account the trends in the development of economic processes and society in general.
