Abstract
The questions of normative-legal support of law-enforcement activity in the united territorial communities are considered. The problem of the absence of a mechanism for the introduction of new institutes for the settlement of law and order in the united territorial community is not a problem. The purpose of the study is to determine, on the basis of the analysis of the current legislation of Ukraine and its implementation practices, the problems of normative legal support of law enforcement activity in the united territorial communities and, on this basis, to make suggestions and recommendations for improving the specified sphere of regulation and increase the efficiency of its practical implementation. . The subject of the study is the problem of normative legal support of law-enforcement activity in the united territorial communities. The reliability and validity of the theoretical positions, conclusions and practical recommendations based on the results of the study is ensured by the use of philosophical, general-scientific, concrete-scientific and special methods of cognition.
