PRAXEOLOGICAL COMPONENT IN THE STRUCTURE OF CREATIVITY OF SCIENTIFIC AND PEDAGOGICAL WORKERS

The basis of the study was the need to determination the specifics of the praxeological component in the structure creativity of scientific and pedagogical workers. The structure includes such components, as clusters of competence, types of innovations, stages and the ways implementation of innovations. Described are praxeological component in the structure of creativity of a scientific and pedagogical worker is realized in the systemic unity of the motivational-projective, epistemological, reflexive and operational clusters of teacher competencies.
