Organizational support for the creation of the value added of agricultural production

Abstract
Purpose. The purpose of the article is to substantiate the factors of organizational support for the creation of added value of agricultural products and to draw up proposals for improving this process at the local level of the agrarian sector (in rural areas). Methodology / approach. The methodological basis of the research is the fundamental provisions of economic theory, scientific concepts and paradigms, and the postulates of the world's science-based value added schools. Research methods: abstract-logical – to summarize the concepts of added value of agricultural products, graphic – to reflect the model of a cooperative organization of creation of added value, methods of analysis and synthesis – to identify the essential features of the study of the process of creating value added and its organizational support. Results. The problems of absence of effective organizational mechanisms for creation of added value of agro-food products are revealed, the factors of organizational support of this process are substantiated, perspective forms of its organization are offered. Originality / scientific novelty. Based on the consideration of multivector approaches to the creation of added value of agro-food products, evolutionary factors have been identified, which determined the modern interpretation of this process. Co-operation was proposed as a perspective form of organization of creation of added value at the local level of the agrarian sector (in rural areas) and a graphic model of this co-operative organization was constructed. Practical value / implications. The significance of the research is determined by the prospects of theoretical and methodological and applied support for the organization of the creation of added value of agri-food products in particular, at the local level of the agrarian sector (in rural areas), using the cooperative model of this organization with the prospect of forming agro-food network organizations.
