An important decision of the main stage of Biophysics is the conclusion about the principle of application of the basic laws of physics as a fundamental science of the laws of motion of matter in biology. The law of energy conservation obtained at this stage, the experimental proof of the first law of thermodynamics, the consolidation of the principles of chemical kinetics as the dynamic behavior of Biosystems, the second law of thermodynamics in open systems and biological systems have general methodological scientific significance for the development of various branches of biology.
