Abstract
Over the past century, the ecosystems of Azerbaijan have undergone a serious anthropogenic and natural transformation. As a result, conditions have been created favorable for alien plants, many of which have penetrated into local ecosystems. The article presents the typological and taxonomic characteristics of invasive species in the north-western part of Azerbaijan.
