Abstract
According to the results of the study, it was established that the signs and properties of drought and heat resistance of bread wheat have high variability. A positive correlation between the coagulation temperature of water-soluble proteins in the leaves and the total water content in the leaves has been established. Three varieties of bread wheat with high drought and heat resistance and productivity for rainfed conditions have been selected.
