Abstract
The paper presents the data obtained in the study of the distribution of antigens of the main histocompatibility complex, their phenotypic and haplotypic combinations in the general group of children with atopic asthma and in groups of children with different severity of the disease. The association of atopic bronchial asthma with immunogenetic parameters was established. The features of the distribution of HLA and their combinations in children with mild, moderate and severe atopic asthma were revealed, which can be used as one of the diagnostic criteria for the severity of the disease.
