HOUSING AND MUNICIPAL COMPLEX - INFRASTRUCTURE OF LIVING ENTREPRENEURSHIP OF THE POPULATION OF THE REGION

In the article the process of providing the interests of participants of the housing and communal complex as potential subjects of the infrastructure of life support of the region is explored. The infrastructure of the housing and communal complex of the region is presented and the interests of each of its participants are formed. The components of the mechanism of providing the interests of the participants of the housing and communal complex of the region are characterized in detail. A formal representation of the cognitive model and an algorithm for estimating the interests of the entities of the life support infrastructure of the region, which can be used to assess the level of life support of another infrastructure provided that the relevant factors and indicators of the optimization of interest estimation for each of the subjects are adapted, is presented.
