Abstract
A 25 year old driver came to our OPD with complaints of decreased visual acuity in both eyes and difficulty in driving at night. On examination he was found to have refractive error not improving with glasses .on detailed fundus examination he was found to have yellow glistening crystals in posterior pole of both eyes. FFA and OCT were done which confirmed the diagnosis. This case is presented for its clinical rarity.
