Abstract
TB pericardial effusion is a rare presentation of tuberculosis infection with the spread of HIV infection the incidence has increased . Clinical presentation may not be the distinctive end diagnosis could be missed particularly with tamponade. Diagnosis largely depends on the pericardial fluid analysis.
