Abstract
The article analyzes the current state of social communication with the Muslim population of Crimea. The specific features of the post-annexed development of the Crimean Tatar mass-media of the peninsula and mainland Ukraine are highlighted. The role of conceptual studies of social information communication in the theoretical provision of measures for the return of temporarily occupied Ukrainian territories, in particular, development of normative legal acts of the legislative level is shown. The emphasis is placed on the possibilities for significantly expanding the use of the Crimean Tatar media which left Crimea to form an informative environment favorable to official Kyiv in this region. It is noted that such a development of the situation is possible due to the use of the media products of the information and resource base of library establishments of Ukraine during the preparation of media products.
