Abstract
Ovarian sex cord stromal tumors are rare neoplasms arising from ovarian matrix. Most of it is granulosa cell tumor. Juvenile type constitutes a 5 percentage of it, which presents as iso sexual precocious puberty in most of the cases. Here we present a 7 year old girl who presented to us with precocious puberty and menstruation. On evaluation she was found to have a complex left ovarian mass. Laparotomy and left salpingho oopherectomy was done which showed a large solid mass arising from the left ovary with intact capsule and no ascites. Histopathology showed a juvenile granulosa cell tumor. Since it was a stage 1 tumor, no further treatment was given and she was kept on follow up.
