Abstract
Urachal cancer is an uncommon neoplasm associated with poor prognosis. No concensus has been reached regarding diagnostic criteria so far. The management of urachal carcinoma is controversial, too. In this case presentation, we reported a 45 year old female with urachal cancer which was managed by extended partial cystectomy. For cases with asmall tumor or minimal involvement of the bladder wall, extendedpartial cystectomy can be considered in order to improve the patientsquality of life without affecting the survival rate.
