Abstract
Juvenile nasopharyngeal angiofibroma (JNA) constitutes less than 0.5 of all head and neck neoplasms. It is a histopathologically benign, yet locally aggressive, vascular tumor that occurs most frequently in adolescent males. However, it could mimic the clinical course of antrochoanal polyp. This case which was initially evaluated as antrochoanal polyp considering the age of the patient later turned to be a juvenile nasopharyngeal angiofibroma histopathologically.
