DECISION-MAKING IN THE PRODUCTION SYSTEM OF ENTERPRISES OF REGIONS

The paper considers the main principles of decision-making in the production system of the region. The emphasis is placed on the importance of the production cycle for managerial decisions that build on the plans of an economic agent. New opportunities are being formed when an economic agent is making decisions in a comprehensive manner. It is determined that the production system is one of the foundations in the economy due to the importance in the region of goods as an element. Each step of the production process consists of a chain of decision-making, on the basis of which further reproductive processes in the organization are constructed. The characteristic of logical processes of production, application of digital technologies at different stages of the production cycle is given. The manufacturing cycle of decision-making in the production consists of complexes of events on the basis of which the production of products is being built on the market. It is determined that an important element is forecasting trends. In this direction, a statistical and mathematical apparatus is used to solve the problem. Considered factors that negatively influence the decision making by the economic agent in the reproduction of goods and services and lead to accumulation of problem situations in the system itself. It is proved that state support is more directed only to maintain the enterprise, as the basis of technological safety, and not its development. Technological security is increasingly becoming a secondary task, as the lack of budget funds leads to a weakness in the funding program, that is, this type of assistance can be abandoned. Thus, decision-making in the production system of the country is a complex multifaceted task solved by an economic agent. A large number of inputs, as well as deterrent factors in decision making in production, have a negative impact on the whole structure of the reproduction system in the country.
