Abstract
This article presents the therapeutic options for invasive breast cancer, advances in which are associated with systemic therapy. Great attention is paid to organ-preserving treatment in breast surgery. It allows achieving good aesthetic results without increasing the frequency of local-regional recurrences and worsening of long-term results. It is necessary to consider not only the stage of the tumor, but also the biological subtype of breast cancer when planning a treatment.
