Abstract
The paper deals with the issues of communication process in management in terms of different cultures. It reviews communication process, its classification and rules. The research object is national mentality and its expression within intercultural communication (German case). Methods employed include observation, analysis of academic literature, communication with representatives of different cultures etc. The research goal consists of two parts: intercultural communication and communication with members of other cultures.
