DEMOCRACY AND ELITE: A THEORETICAL ANALYSIS

This article examines the concepts of elite and democracy from the point of view of their theoretical basis, political activity of citizens, their degree of closeness to political power and the ability to make strategic decisions, characterized by inequalities in the political hierarchy, certain layers of people, the so-called political elite. It also presents the results of analyzes and research on commenting on the elite in science as the ruling part, the governing stratum of society
