SIMILARUTY OF ECOLOGICAL POLICY OF UZBEKISTAN AND EUROPEAN UNION

The article is dedicated to the analysis of relations between Uzbekistan and EU countries in the sphere of ecology. According to the author of the article, these relations have several important features for Uzbekistan like access of the country to the resources of high technologies in the EU countries, EU being one of the main consumers of raw materials from Uzbekistan and the main investor in the country, etc. As the main factors, which serve to increase the relations between the countries of EU and Uzbekistan are mentioned several official documents like memorandum between the Republic of Uzbekistan and European Community and “Ashgabat declaration”. The role of international organizations and specific countries of the world in the development of relations between the above mentioned countries are also discussed in the article
