Abstract
The theory of the enterprise’s life cycle, as well as resource-factor ensuring the generation and implementation of management decisions are significant during the process of organizational change management. The article defines the relationships between the production factors development in organization and promotion along the life cycles curve of the company. Such an idea ensures a better track of the company’s development throughout the period of its existence, and, consequently, better predicts upcoming problems and finds more profitable solutions.
