Abstract
The pulmonary-Kidney syndrome encompasses genetic and autoimmune diseases that involve tissue structures of the same origin. Radiological findings are usually found with alveolar opacities and ground glass. We present a related clinical case and the diagnostic approach of the most frequent differential diagnoses of these findings.
