Abstract
Spinal angiolipomas are rare benign tumors and account for 0.04-1.2 of all spinal tumors and 2-3 of spinal extra dural tumors. As rare as they are ,they are common in the thoracic region. Here we present a case of spinal angiolipoma in the lumbar region that we treated in our hospital who had associated neurological deficit which was improved drastically after surgery.
