Abstract
Pseudohypoaldosteronism type 1 is a disease in which aldosterone action is impaired and urinary sodium reabsorption and potassium excretion are affected. There are two forms autosomal dominant(mild form) and autosomal recessive(severe form)1. Pseudohypoaldosteronism type 2 is a rare mendelian syndrome presenting with hyperkalemia and excessive salt reabsorption causing hypertension. Here we report a case presenting with history of vomiting and incessant cry that turned out to be a case of pseudohypoaldosteronism
