Role of USA in Peace Process and Global Security from the Sight of Rights and International Relations

Based on United Nations chart, one of the main purpose of international rights is explanation and determination of rights between nations and governments and the way of their performance based on familiar international legal rules to prevent any threat against violation of rights and weakening of interactions between governments. Although the targeted function of some governments in international scene has led to overlooking this international rules and has caused some direct threats and indirect ones such as human rights that not only makes problems for other nations and governments but also threaten the global peace and security. In this situation the function of U.S government can be intercepted more than any others. In this article we have tried by explanation and determination to answer the main question about the role of U.S government in middle east that is threatening the peace and security of zone under the skin of performing the rules of united nations chart and some subjects such as human rights. Some examples have been used for explaining this role such as application of forces, assassination, genocide, nuclear weapons, humanitarian interventions, and their impacts.
