Abstract
There is a significant interest in a specific type of pressure agglomeration, which from powdery or fine-grained a pieces are formed without having to maintain shape repeatability. Dry granulation is one of the processes of pressure agglomeration in which granules with a defined grain fraction can be obtained from finegrained material. The advantage of fry granulation compared to classic granulation is the possibility of combining dusts, powders, fine-grained materials and their blends with a considerably limited amount of moisturizing and binding agent to be dispensed, even with complete elimination. Undeniable it has gained recognition in the chemical, pharmaceutical and food industries The article presents the current state of knowledge and research on the integration of fine-grained materials using a dry granulation process.
