INSTITUTIONAL AND MANAGEMENT STRUCTURE AS THE FACTOR OF IMPROVING PROCESS EFFICIENCY OF PROFESSIONAL TRAINING OF STUDENTS IN HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTION

The structure and details of the main stages of swimming professional training of students of higher education institution are presented in the article. The research objective is to define the institutional and management structure of university teaching. Also the aim is to identify the development of motivational and value component, motivational sphere, trait anxiety. The research results confirm the efficiency of suggested model; allow to determine innovative technologies of developing the students identity in the course of swimming professional training.
