Abstract
The main focus of this study is on novice programming in Senior High Schools. The challenges and limitations experienced by novices in High Schools are identified, including issues related to basic program design, writing of program, and access to programming tools. By reviewing literature and existing software, some working methodologies were identified and adopted. A cross-hybrid mobile application was developed to mitigate the limitations and challenges that High School novice programmers do encounter. With just a mobile device, a high school student can learn how to program, plan or design code, write codes, run and debug codes.
