FACTORS OF EDUCATIONAL PROCESS IN HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTION IN THE CONDITIONS OF IMPLEMENTING THE COMPETENCE-BASED PARADIGM OF EDUCATION

The opportunities of educational field of higher education institution in the course of forming general professional competences of students are analyzed in the article. The communicative, organizational and administrative competences are given as an example. The main facilitator objectives in the course of creating the competence-oriented educational process of higher education institution are stated. The subject matter of the article allows to create ideas of the necessity of forming the favorable conditions for improving the educational field of modern higher education institution.
