Abstract
According to the wording of Article 31 (1) of the Ownership and Use of Agricultural Land Act and the text of Article 57 of the Rules for the Application of the Law on the Ownership and Use of Agricultural Land, the bodies of land ownership in the Republic of Bulgaria are: Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Forestry, the Republic of Bulgaria, the Regional Directorates "Agriculture" and the Municipal Services of Agriculture. Participation in the processes of land ownership management in the Republic of Bulgaria, according to the positions and commitments they have in the legal norms, takes representatives of the central and local authorities – Council of Ministers, Ministries, Agencies, Regional Governors, consultative-technical bodies and civil structures. All these bodies operate in sync with the objectives and guidelines of agrarian policy that are being conducted by the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Forestry
