Abstract
The article defines the concept of “management of personnel security of enterprises”, discloses an approach to the assessment of personnel security and explores the creation of a method for selecting and evaluating personnel of an enterprise. In today's business environment, personnel security is one of the main places among other elements of the security system, as it covers the full range of measures aimed at preventing and eliminating risks and threats, as well as negative consequences for the company's economic condition, related to work and personnel behavior. Personnel security is associated with economic, because the effectiveness of personnel, cohesion and productivity of the team means the ability to respond in a timely manner and prevent or eliminate threats to the internal and external environment of the enterprise. The authors pay attention to the close relationship between these elements, showing the importance of personnel security at the present stage of business development, the provision of which will allow enterprises to operate more stably in the market.
