THEORETICAL AND METHODOLOGICAL PRINCIPLES OF FORMING THE STRATEGY OF USE OF LAND RESOURCES OF AGRICULTURAL ENTERPRISES

The article is devoted to theoretical and methodological study of the peculiarities of the formation of a strategy for the use of land resources of agricultural enterprises. The purpose of the article is to determine the theoretical and methodological approaches to the formation of a strategy for the use of land resources of agricultural enterprises. In the course of the research, the method of theoretical substantiation, comparison, graphical and tabular is used. In general, the essence of such a strategy, its place in the general strategy of agricultural enterprise development and its resource strategies is determined, the conceptual scheme of formation of the strategy of land resources utilization of agricultural enterprises is proposed. The features of each stage of strategy formation are characterized. The scenarios of economic development of the country, which need to be taken into account when forming a strategy, are determined. Strategic alternatives for the formation of specific strategies of agricultural enterprises are proposed. The results of the survey can determine the directions of strategic development of land use of agricultural enterprises.
