Abstract
We report a rare orthopedic entity, a case of simultaneous bilateral anterior shoulder dislocation following Road Traffic accident (RTA), even though the shoulder joint is most common site of dislocation in the body. The patient was treated by closed reduction of both dislocations followed by immobilization with broad arm sling for 4 weeks and subsequent rehabilitation. A review of the literature is presented. .
