Abstract
Nasopharyngeal angiofibromas are benign, slow growing, extremely vascular tumours that arise in the tissues within the sphenopalatine foramen. It develops almost exclusively in adolescent male, though there are reports of this tumour being found in children, elderly, young and even pregnant women. We report and discuss the management of an unusual presentation of multiple recurrence of nasopharyngeal angiofibroma in a thirty six year old adult male.
