Abstract
A 22 Years old women presented with complaint of blackish
discoloration of patches in the leg, severe itching, after scratching bleeding developed, peeling of the skin, dry scales presented. The clinical examination shows auspitz's sign was positive. So the condition was diagnosed as plaque psoriasis. The case was treated with homeopathic treatment and the findings shows that reduction of discolouration and others symptoms were also reduced.
