Abstract
Queuing System models provide detailed the system performance. Queuing models create a lot of importance due to their ready applicability. Much work has reported in the literature regarding queuing models with non homogenous arrivals. The arrivals are non homogenous and time dependent in the practical situations like transportation and communication networks. We develop and analyze three node queuing model with feed back to the same node assuming that three nodes are connected in tandem queue. Using the difference differential equations the number of packets connected to the transmitter and the performance measures of the network is calculated with numerical illustrations. The analysis of the model reveals that the non homogeneous Poisson arrivals and dynamic bandwidth allocation strategy can reduce burstness in buffer and improve quality of service.
