Conceptual basis of sustainable social and economic development of an enterprise

The article developed the conceptual basis, defining contours of the conception of sustainability of the social and economic development of modern enterprise as an element of strategic planning, as well as the basis of successful implementation of the enterprise development strategy. Sustainability of development must bemanaged, ensuring the allocation of the main factors of successful development, ensuring the normal functioning of all enterprise subsystems, the consistency of changes, the maximum approximation of the real process of development to the planned.
