Corporate sector of the Donetsk People's Republic economy: state and problems

The article formulates the following criteria for assessing the state of the corporate sector of the economy: organizational and functional, legal, financial and economic. The study of the corporate sector of the Donbass economy has been conducted according to the content of the formulated criteria, taking into account the current socio-political and socio-economic realities of the region. The problems of development of the corporate sector of the Donbass economy have been defined.
