Abstract
West Nile virus, a rare disease can present with a variety of systemic and ocular manifestations. Ocular features include chorioretinitis, occlusive retinal vasculitis, optic neuritis, congenital chorioretinal scarring and uveitis without focal lesions. Here we present two cases representing the extreme ends of the clinical spectrum in terms of clinical manifestations and final visual outcome despite the same treatment.
