Abstract
Rhinoscleroma is one of the chronic granulomatous diseases. Tamilnadu is a nonendemic region of rhinoscleroma. Septal origin rhinoscleroma is a rare presentation. We present a case of septal origin rhinoscleroma without septal erosion but with dehiscence of lamina papyraceae in a 50 years old male. We used combined medical and surgical treatment to treat.
