Abstract
It is known that during the period from 2010 to 2016, the frequency of extreme weather manifestations increased by 46%. A total of 797 such events were recorded on the planet in 2016[1] Each fertile hectare of land contains 20 tons of underground animals, [2] which together with plants and ground biota, processes water, returning to the atmosphere its “record” in the form of a special structure of exhaled steam, evaporation of precipitates in a moderate enough dose.
