Abstract
The aim of the present investigation was to ases the Health Related Quality of Life in People Exercising in the Gren and Indors. For the purpose of the study fity subjects (50 female) who exercise in the gren and indors were selected. The age group of the subject ranged from 30 to 50 years. The data was colected by administering questionaire SF-36 developed by Ware and Sherbourne. In order to analyze the data a detailed descriptive statistics was aplied and the level of signifcance was set at 0.05. The result of the study indicates thathere was a signifcant diference obtained on the Health Related Quality of Life betwen people exercising in the gren (outdors) and indors and the outdor people had a higher score in Health Related Quality of Life and as wel as in al the subscales of Health Related Quality of Life.
