Abstract

in most big cities in Iran such as Kerman – facing with numerous traffic problems- Because of insecurity, "cycling" hasn’t have plac in structure of city transportation yet. Therefore the purpose of this study, is descriptive-analytical and it used analytic hierarchy reverse (IHWP). In this study is used Regulations and international standards such as AASHTO, bylaws approved by Iran, biking compatibility index (BCI), cycling Association of Chicago "(CBF). After extraction of these indicators was calculated Impact factor of each indicator in the final quality of the route using Delphi Weighting Model, and after that, the qualitative levels of the routes and the ideal qualitative level for a route were determined using Inversion Hierarchical Weight Process. The results show that biking compatibility index (BCI) and cycling Association of Chicago "(CBF) has been obtained highest and lowest impact factor Locating the optimal commuting bike routes In Kerman city respectively. Also, from among the ten proposed routes, Jomhouri Boulevard and Shahab Street had the highest qualitative level and Daneshgah Boulevard the lowest.
